Perry was responsive and effective in mitigating a dispute between my former property manager and our tenant.
Hired to help with my mother’s estate and he did not explain things well. Poor communication! He told my family to stop paying the mortgage because their was no mortgage loan found and then we received a letter of foreclosure. H never finished helping us and sent a letter that he was quitting this case.
I engaged Ms. Spangler to represent me in an estate resolution dispute which is now come to a conclusion. Although she appears to have a good working knowledge of relevant legal work processes I did not feel she was an advocate for my position. I needed to do research into my case and found important information after Ms. Spangler accepted opposing counsel information seemingly without doing her own research. Documents had misspellings, even misspelling my name, poor writing and proofing.
