I am in the darkest place of my life because of Sylvia Zinn. My name is Tony Nayenga and I'm writing you because I was involved in a slip and fall accident at Christ Tempe Apostolic Church in Roseville, Mn on 2/5/20 where I broke both of my legs, suffered a DVT/PE & 3 seizures because of the TBI at the fall. I did not call the police right afterwards to investigate but I called an ambulance later. The insurance company, Brotherhood Mutual waited 2&1/2 years later as Sylvia Zinn was their attorney took a sworn deposition and now they denied my claim on a technicality with out alternative dispute resolution or anything! She then rushed to file a motion to dismiss with the courts. Subsequently I have no recourse as judge Patrick Diamond granted a motion to dismiss on their behalf. Because of her passive/aggressive actions I have many hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills with new medical ailments and no recourse or means to pay them and I desperately need help
