About Richard J. Zalasky

Richard is a respected trial lawyer with over 31 years of experience. His aggressive approach has delivered hundreds of successful personal injury verdicts and settlements in many state and federal courts throughout the United States. Recent trial verdicts include $4.5 million in a products liability case in Little Rock, Arkansas involving poultry processing equipment, and $3.2 million in a railroad injury case tried in St. Louis County. Richard is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, and the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys. Richard also has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Missouri/Kansas for 2013. When he’s not working, he is often spending time with his family, or cycling. Richard supports green technology, and is a charter member of the Wildwood, Missouri Lion’s Club.
