Paid $300 for him to help with traffic offensives in 2009. Lawyer did not show up to court and promised to refund me my money I paid. Over the next 3 years I tired to get ahold of him, even go back to his office, which was no longer there. In one email I received from him he stated-

I paid him almost $300 to take care of a speeding ticket so my insurance rates wouldn't go up. He postponed court twice, then didn't show-up... Then I find out that he never did anything and I had a warrant out for my arrest. Now I am trying to contact him for a refund since I had to pay the full fine for never appearing at court (even though I signed his contract and paid him), but I can't even reach him. He's never at his work number, and I get a recording that his mailbox is full.
