Quick, friendly service provided by knowledgeable staff.
He conducts his business in an open area with secretaries and other office personnel within hearing distance. Constantly is on his cell phone or land line or talking to other office personnel while doing business with you and belittles client also. And bills you for his time while most of it is spent on the phone with other clients or office personnel.
Nathan Goldberg had a paralegal named FahRasa Anthony that worked for him for about 15 years. Nathan, the paralegal and Venus Harry filed child custody papers against me in 2015. Nathan Goldberg was the co-counsel but strangely he entered after Venus but never showed up in court. His employee FahRasa Anthony had his assistance in helping her husband Michael Wallace Sr alter court documents adding custody to a child that isn't Mr Wallaces. The husband testified in trial that Mr Goldberg entered in the case but decided that it was a conflict of interest. (How does a lawyer not know that his employer and her husband is a conflict of interest). Also his paralegal was allowed to write her own letters to to receive food stamps. The paralegal also was able to use Goldbergs name to get a not for profit organization. The paralegal also has 3 child support cases where she was able to write her own letters lowering her income so that she could receive more child support.
I've never had such a terrible experience with someone I paid to do a job. My experience from start to finish was not good at all and I would not recommend this law firm for any legal matters, not even a traffic violation. Please do yourself a favor and research anyone you need help with in dealing with legal matters.
