Guided by a special dedication to help those who have wrongfully suffered loss, Michael focuses his practice on achieving justice for Brown & Crouppen clients who have sustained injuries in accidents caused by the wrongdoing of others.
Michael spent the first ten years of his career representing insurance companies. As a result, he is uniquely aware of the tactics they use to try to avoid compensating injured people properly. He uses this knowledge, and his passion for helping people, to fight the insurance companies in order to achieve the best results for our injured clients.
In his career, Michael has regularly achieved excellent results for clients all across Missouri and Illinois, including by way of obtaining successful trial results from juries and judges. He has regularly appeared in the courts of the following counties: (Missouri:) St. Louis City and County, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Lincoln, Washington, Jackson, Clay, (Illinois:) Madison, St. Clair, and Randolph.
Michael believes one of the most important services our firm provides our clients is helping them achieve resolution to their medical bills. Michael negotiates successfully with medical providers and insurance companies in order to ensure maximum compensation for our injured clients.
In addition to practicing law, Michael serves his fellow citizens of Ballwin, MO, as Alderman of Ward 1, since being first elected in 2010. He is chairman of Ballwin’s Public Health and Safety Committee. He enjoys playing softball, hockey and bass guitar. Fun Fact: Michael was an extra in the movie, “Up In The Air.”
