Hired Attorney Kristin F. Whittle

Unless you want an attorney who will: a) lie to you; b) chastise you; c) demean you in front of the opposition during mediation; and d) in the end, believe she represents your former employer ~ since they cut her check at settlement ~ stay very far away from Kristin Whittle (Whittle-Parke). She took a very good, clear-cut case of Disability Discrimination and destroyed it; she ordered me to settle against my wishes, threatening to no longer represent me if I didn't. She's all around bad news.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
