Following law school, Joe represented hospitals and insurance companies for nearly five years. He soon realized, however, that his true passion was helping those injured as a result of another’s carelessness. Joe has represented injured persons since 1997 and has extensive trial experience in multiple jurisdictions. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of clients who have been harmed as a result of serious accidents, construction injuries, defective products or medical negligence.
Joe is licensed in both Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois and has litigated cases in numerous jurisdictions, both state and federal. He is a member of multiple bar associations and trial lawyer groups. His goal is to promote the fair and efficient administration of justice for each of his clients. Although he grew up, and continues to reside, in metropolitan St. Louis, Joe’s professional activities have focused on handling cases arising in western Missouri and eastern Kansas since 2013. He graduated from the University of Illinois, B.A. in 1986 and Indiana University School of Law, magna cum laude in 1992.
