Jason Korner services for my boyfriend's rape case was absolute awful. He witheld DNA results the entire duration of the case and had me using consent as a defense when he never even filed any of the proper motions that would have allowed him to be a witness for himself and allowed prosecutor to block the ability for my boyfriend to even use consent as a defense He allowed the prosecutors sister in law to be one of my boyfriends jurors and also allowed the prosecutor to tamper with our witness before she testified at trial. He literally called no witnesses for the 2nd trial he could have filed so many motions prior to trial but never did. He let me sit in jail for 4 months and let the prosecutor go to trial when he admitted in a motion 3 days prior to trial saying he needed a buccal swab since i didnt give the stipulation that his lawyer had been promising since day one Yep you heard read that right.
