It seems Susan is either too busy with the extremely high end divorces or she is just no longer all that interested in her clients and putting the time into informing them and fairly defending them. She is happy to take your money, pass you over to other lawyers in her office only to have them review your file and charge you for the hours that everything had to be reviewed for the second time and then misrepresent you by not clarifying what you are signing of

I assert that Mr. Goldberger repeatedly engaged in improper billing practices that took place during my divorce proceedings while he represented my wife. During the divorce proceedings Mr. Goldberger billed a small business jointly owned my wife and me without my permission. Mr. Goldberger did not represent our business therefore it is unethical for him to seek remittances from an entity that he didn’t represent. {para}Mr. Goldberger’s only skills are interminable delay and confusion.
