I was recommended by Phil from a friend. I contacted him the night before court and he was on vacation. He entered in on my case and was able to get me a continuence. I was facing a peace disturbance charge that the state picked up, however, I had been faced a criminal charge before. I requested that we take this to trial as I refused to plead guilty. Phil honored my request without hesitation. I wanted to explain surrounding circumstances whereas Phil wanted to keep it simple. He honored my request and did things the way I asked and the case was dismissed and removed from my record completely.
