Evenson Decker, P.A., has served St. Cloud and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our attorneys and staff live and work in the community and have developed ongoing personal connections with many of our clients. Over the years, we have considered expanding into a larger organization, but we decided that maintaining our size was the best way to maintain a high level of service while building long-term relationships. Simply put, our focus is on serving our clients and getting things done.

We have helped countless families through our estate planning and family practice while building strong networks in the business and real estate communities through our real estate and business law practice. Our commitment to providing exceptional, cost-effective legal services has solidified our reputation for being honest, hardworking and professional. That reputation has helped three of our past attorneys go on to careers as judges.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
