Hey how are you? I need to ask a legal question. My daughter’s grandma died and left the house to her oldest son and on to my daughter. He’s kinda in the spectrum and will only handle this with an attorneys advice. Do you know anyone in the home probate dept? . 5 plus on the rating!!!

She represented my ex husband in our Divorce and wanted me to serve her as his attorney without even filing an appearance. Anyone that knows the law understands that is not the correct way to handle it. Anyone can claim to represent someone. Then In the mediation summary she attacked me endlessly and most things she wrote Were flat out lies. She told my ex husband that she Wrote the things she did to try to embarrass me. Mary Duross is the epitome of a lawyers slimy reputation. Mary was hired for $1,500 to represent me in a failure to pay child support case. She came recommended because she was a former Child Support employee and felt by her knowing the system, she could provide the best defense.{para}Mary was a trainwreck! She wouldn't return phone calls, she was late to court and over all completely incompetent. Like it was her first case ever! The best was when it came to Mary's defense, there was none.
