On preliminary meeting Josh Knight said that I had a "show up" case. He didn't not make me aware that there might me research charge nor did he mention that it was even a possibility. After the case was dismissed, I waited two weeks for the refund of my retainer. When I picked it up it was $200.00 short he said he had to do research. I have written 3 letters asking for what statutes he read and how much time was involved. I have received no reply. I feel he stole money from me.
