Mr. Boles has assisted me in several areas related to difficulties with my late husband's estate and trust issues for my mother. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He and his entire staff are just the best - responsive, knowledgeable, compassionate.
This man is reprehensible !, he practices intimidation against his clients, and tries to divide the families against each other in order to manipulate the estate to his advantage. He is a liar, and a thief. He liquidated stock against my Fathers wishes and had him sign a release in a nursing home when he did not know what he was signing. No Notary, and no witness, and no explanation to us other than there was a secret heir.
Mr. Boles hoodwinked my mother when she was dying of brain cancer. He took control of my mother's estate, was very unprofessional in my dealings with him, caused a great deal of harm to our family during our time of grief, and won't return the keys to our safe deposit box in St. Augustine, FL. He also uses intimidation tactics when he wants his way. I strongly recommend that you seek counsel elsewhere. If you're going through the loss of a loved one, steer clear of this man.
Unfortunately he is conniving individual, poor communication. He does not have a good reputation with other attorneys. I would defiantly not recommend him to others especially the elderly.
