Mr. Waldrop draws from a diverse legal background when serving his clients. Before joining Taylor Waldrop Pribisco, Mr. Waldrop had his own general law practice, for which he handled criminal defense, appeals, family law, civil claims and estate planning cases. Before that, he was a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office of the Seventh Judicial Circuit. In that role, he became familiar with every step of the criminal justice system and gained insight about prosecutorial tactics—a valuable tool in criminal defense law. As a prosecutor, Mr. Waldrop handled cases that included the areas of juvenile crimes, sex crimes, violent repeat offenses, DUI offenses, domestic battery, major drug trafficking and more. He served as co-chair on the Morgan Leppert case, a high-profile murder case that made the defendant the youngest female in Florida’s prison system at the time.
Mr. Waldrop has also helped train law enforcement about performing criminal investigation operations while adhering to citizens’ constitutional rights. He has also helped develop training material for new prosecutors. At Taylor Waldrop Pribisco, attorney Bradley A. Waldrop handles misdemeanor and felony trial law, and he provides personal, passionate and aggressive representation for each of his clients.
