Hired Attorney Paul Scott

Mr. Scott is highly experienced law professional who is at the top of his game. If you have a complex issue Mr. Scott is the lawyer you want. Believe me he has the intellect, knowledge base, wherewithal, and determination to help you with your problem. What I found excellent about Mr. Scott is that he talks to you, keeps you informed, is honest and tells you the truth. There is no messing around...Mr. Scott is a straight shooter, he tells you like it is good or bad. He is tremendous!

Hired Law Firm

Very helpful in preparing wills and powers of attorney, fee reasonable, they even helped me after completion of the transaction when I needed a Notary and my local bank said that they couldn't notarize my particular document - they not only agreed to notarize if for us but refused to accept any money for the service. I would recommend them highly.

Hired Law Firm

I went to Madigan & Scott because my cousin Linda got her Will thru these lawyers. So I went to use them to help me with the estate. I have to say that I paid this firm about $3500 to help me with the estate and to deal with the state. I was happy at first because the firm got me an apt with Fairfax county very quickly, but after that Madigan never helped again. I emailed several times...Please help me and let me know what I need to do? He would barely respond and never helped me at all.
