Hired Attorney Richard K. Wilson

One of the better 'old school' attorneys. Down to earth, easy to communicate with, explains legalese in lay terms, and has a great staff. Richard is a tremendous asset and ambassador to the law industry. I would highly recommend Richard and his firm. Richard is proficient in many areas of law and would be beneficial to your legal concerns. Better hurry because I suspect he will be retiring within the next 10 years.

We made the mistake of signing for a Wyndam Time Share. We called him for help in canceling the contract. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great lawyer.

Hired Attorney Richard K. Wilson

A lawsuit to Quiet Title naming me as defendant was filed. I contacted the Missouri Bar Association and was given the name of an attorney with the firm of Whiteaker & Wilson. Upon contacting, I talked directly with Mr. Wilson. After initial consultation, I retained Mr. Wilson and have been pleased with his work.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
