About Thomas M. Benson

Thomas Benson joined Lowther Johnson as an Associate in 1994, becoming a Member in 2000. Tom provides a wide range of services to his clients in family law matters including divorce, modifications, paternity actions, name changes and adoptions. Hired Attorney

He dropped my case for whatever reason but had no problem taking the money. Thought he was going to really help, he did file the papers needed but that's it. He charges you for each word you and he write in conversation over emails. He charges you for anything he can get out of you and refuses to explain anything you don't understand he goes around the question instead so he can charge you more.

He had no problem taking my money. He did file the proper paper work but when asked questions he was real quick to drop the case. This man is a horrible person. He chose to withdraw cuz he lacks the proper knowledge to do so.
