Hired Law Firm

I was not ordered to mediation, but sought mediation to help resolve a simple divorce without the courts. I had prepared papers for self filing. We used my paper work and we still had 6+ sessions without resolution. I was charged for each communication even when I was asked to provide her information she requested. She led my opponent to ask for more and therefore was not un-biased. None of the paperwork was typed up, was handwritten each session over the top of the previous information.

Hired Law Firm

Mediation should be 100% unbiased. Lisa appeared to display bias towards the opposing party. Lisa did not seem to want to listen to and take into account case facts that would have eliminated any logical reason for a monetary judgment.
