Linda K. Thomas

Ms. Thomas was the guardian ad litem for two of our foster children. She took a very active role on the Family Support Team; she was always present for meetings. Foster parents' input is often completely disregarded and ignored, even though we live with the children; Ms. Thomas always listened to us and fought to see that the children's needs were met. As tenacious as a bulldog, she is an excellent lawyer with a superior understanding of the laws that pertain to foster children.

She is the most rude, hateful, arrogant, person I've ever met. As a case worker, I worked hard to help parents be reunified with their children. Rather than working for reunification, she worked against it. She had tantrums (literally) in court when she didn't like what I said. She tried multiple times to make me feel stupid and clueless. When she didn't get her way, she would quit communicating. She also spoke terribly about therapist and case workers she didn't agree with in the court room. I would dread each moment I spent with her and she absolutely chased me away from trying to help parents find a way to having their children back in their home. I'm sorry if she's your lawyer or your children's lawyer.

This lady is nothing but a money hungry rude and evil I think she should not be able to participate in law in any way shape or form she is one of the worst people that I have ever met... Nothing good has ever come from this lady even the people that work with her on a daily basis have nothing nice to say about her I wish that someone would put her in her place just a bad person all the way around please stay away from her.....

She is as crooked as they come, against anything that encourages the child's happiness with the parents, fat lazy power hungry child trafficker number 1 is Linda Thomas, even the parenting class director said she has never seen Linda give kids back and to get her off of the case if I want a fair chance. Keep in mind I am a non offending parent and she has sabotaged every arrangement for my child to come home . I hope she Burns in hell where she belongs

Linda KRAETTLI THOMAS IS RUDE SHE IS HATEFUL SHE IS NOT FOR Reunification she is against the parents she is all about adopting kids out to strangers because she is involved in child trafficking and forced adoptions so she can get her bonus incentives she does not have the best interest for the child/children she is lazy she doesn’t even see the kids like she is supposed to she should be investigated for her involvement with child trafficking taking a child or children from there loving homes and placing them with strangers and not being about Reunification or for placing children back with there bio parents is what LINDA KRAETTLI THOMAS IS ALL ABOUT she will do her BEST to make sure the child or children are not placed back with there bio parents she will make sure bio parents rights are terminated JUST SO SHE CAN GET HER INCENTIVE SHE IS INVOLVED WITH SEVERAL OTHERS IN THE CASH FOR KIDS KIDS FOR PROFIT SCANDLE RIGHT ALONG WITH OUR GOOD OLD GOV PARSONS THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGAT

i absolutley agree with the comment about not being a good guardian ad litem, she lies in court, is rude and has made the child think he does not have to listen to anyone, when she does not like someone it shows and that person does not get a fair chance. The amount of times she lied in court and other things that should get her fired from working with children and families are insane. Not compassionate and does not care about anything but how she feels, and she is rude. She speaks when she wants to but hangs up when she doesnt want to hear what the other person says. I had an amazing guardian ad litem through my divorce, who truly cared for our son. I was shocked by her behavior, knowing how a guardian ad litem should act and conduct themselves.

Ms. Thomas told the minor children she was representing that she didn't have to listen to them. She was all about charging additional fees even when an agreement had been reached. She was hard to communicate with and very rude when she did communicate with you. She certainly did not care about the children because she didn't make any home visits as was ordered by the court. I cannot stress enough to not hire this woman as a Guardian ad Litem. She is lazy and does not do her job.
