Worst law firm in Ohio. I hired two attorneys from Kirby & Kirby to help me handle my father’s estate. They missed the deadline several times to file a simple inventory with the court even after opposing counsel made an issue with this to the judge presiding over the case. Then eventually I was told by Kirby & Kirby to sell my father’s vehicle and that if I didn’t sell the vehicle I would be back in court. I questioned this but was told to sell it. A day after the sale was recorded I ended up in court and was removed as executor by judge Kirby in Warren County Probate Court. At that point they were also removed as estate attorneys and had the nerve to file a $13,000 invoice for services. The only service they performed was to miss several deadlines and give me horrible advice. They apologized in an email but still filed their invoice legal services even though they didn’t perform any. They don’t care about you even when you’re dealing with a horrible loss.
