She has represented both purchasers and sellers in cross-border stock and asset acquisitions in various sectors, has represented borrowers, sponsors and lenders in project financings and debt restructurings, and has provided general corporate, transactional and strategic advice. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
