Before moving back to the United States, Adriana worked in Ecuador as International Counsel and later as General Counsel for a heavy crude oil pipeline company.In her career, Adriana has provided full range representation to clients in transactional matters. She has represented both purchasers and sellers in cross-border stock and asset acquisitions in various sectors, has represented borrowers, sponsors and lenders in project financings and debt restructurings, and has provided general corporate, transactional and strategic advice. With both her Civil law and Common law training and her multifaceted experience, Adriana brings a global and multicultural experience to the table.
