Doug Phelps cost me my case of three million, go to youtube.com and look up moscow, idaho 9th circuit court. I was the 1st case up and you will see Doug Phelps could not answer questions from the judges and failed to use what was given to him to win my case. Doug Phelps is a shyster, p o s ! Not only did he let the court convict me, he never passed along my statements, witness interviews, anything! When I would call jerkoff Doug phelps, he was too busy to talk. Never returned my texts, emails, either. When showing up at his office, when I did get to talk to him, he would take phone calls, stretching them out, on purpose! Do not, I repeat, do not trust this p o s, with your case! Seriously! Don't do it! He is a SHYSTER!!!
Has been a nightmare! My brother would have been better off with a court appointed attorney. They NEVER return calls they NEVER go to see their client. Always talking about all the case loads. 10,000 and they haven’t done a damn thing. It’s ridiculous!
Lack of feedback. I know more about the law then he does. No followthru. They set up appointments to find out there was none scheduled. Paid for the worst service I could have done better with a public defender
The main Attorney is qualified but completely over booked and his support staff does most of the work at a 1st grader level...(thats an insult to first graders) His "case Manager" should be homeless and isn't capable of filling out a simple form let alone have your life pending on her sub 90 IQ.{para}Do yourself a favor and stay clear of these bafoons.!{para}
