Lynn is a 1985 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law. She moved to Spokane in 2006 and is currently listed in Washington’s Top Lawyers. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and its Elder Law Section, the Spokane County Bar and the Spokane Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), is a Past President of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (WAELA), and was honored as the 2008 Member of the Year of the Washington Chapter of NAELA for outstanding achievement. Lynn is currently a director on the board of WAELA. She is also AV rated, meaning she is one of only 5% of women lawyers to be selected for the Bar Registry of Pre-Eminent Women Lawyers.
