Hired Attorney Mark Hodgson

Mark represented my fianc in his custody case and was so careless with out case that we were forced to fire him and hire a new lawyer to continue on with our case. He assured us that our case would be inexpensive and resolved within a couple of months -- 8 months and thousands of dollars later he had failed to even address the issues most important to us, despite several court hearings. He's timid and gave in to the other parties lawyer on several occasions. TERRIBLE.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
