Grossly inflated hours and billing practices. Total bait and switch. Never once met the junior attorney Aspyn Butzler or senior partner Bob Dunn that billed me. They charged $13,000 to write a response to two motions over the course of 1 month never having met me for even a single meeting. They never went to a hearing or a mediation or went in front of a judge on my behalf. Just writing a response letter. The senior partner was having knee surgery but still somehow managed to charge me for many hours he worked and added other senior partners who were "consulting" on the case without my knowledge or permission at $400/hour. Then when I asked them to stop work, they continued charging me for work hours after I asked them to stop. When I complained to the senior partner Bob Dunn, he threatened to disclose our attorney client privileged information if I complained to the state bar about him. Avoid this place at all cost, it's a TRAP. I've never met these people or seen their face
