Allan A. Bonney is a negligent incompetent unaccountable individual who was unable or unwilling to be ethical, honest, or effective June 30, 2022. He made false claims, causing a visually impaired senior VETERAN to get Phucked over by false claims of "UNPAID RENT" by a convicted felon property owner.
