Hired Attorney Eugene McCall Jr.

Back in 2002, the Greenville county Family court had appointed Mr. McCall to represent me in a DSS matter. Mr McCall wanted me to talk my dad into allowing DSS to come into his house and investigate it. My dad had refused and because of that Mr McCall in retaliation against my father chose to drop me in the lap of another lawyer William Wallace Culp. According to the SC rules of court, under rule 608, specifically paragraph I, Mr. McCall was supposed to file a motion to be relieved from representing me and he failed to do so. I still have all paperwork and I have documentation which shows Mr McCall was supposedly paying William Wallace Culp to represent me. The chief administrative judge was R. Kinard Johnson Jr. and I have documentation showing where judge Johnson never did sign the order granting Mr McCall relief as my attorney

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
