Sorry excuse for a lawyer. We hired him to represent my sister in law and my brother. He was paid over $8,600.00. He completely lied and doesn't follow thru with what he tells you. He will throw u to the wolves after u pay him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HIRE HIM AS YOUR ATTORNEY.
My disability discrimination lawsuit was dismissed due to the miss-application of the statute of limitations concerning ADA complaints. Mr. Reckenbeil poorly argued against the dismissal which revealed his fundamental lack of knowledge concerning ADA complaints as applied to higher education. In addition, the initial ADA reading research fee paid to Mr. Reckenbeil was sizable, leading me to question what research had Mr. Reckenbeil actually conducted before he filed my ADA complaint.
Mr. Reckenbeil robbed me! And knowing the law of Due process which is your right in the constitution! I asked for a Preliminary Hearing for my charges to be dropped on the grounds of Self Defense/ or Stand Your Ground law? Mr. Reckenbeil had the evidence that proved I was a victim of a premeditated two on one Lynching and this being their 4th recorded attack? Now because of Reckenbeil helping the prosecutor convict me of a crime I was not guilty of! I am now labeled as a violent offender I did 10- 1/2 yrs and paid these people $120.000 dollars for cutting my left arm almost into! So 23 yrs later I can't get certain jobs because of Mr.Reckenbeil! He should be a prosecutor. I wrote Chuck Wright he says he goes by the letter of the Law well U ain't gonna tell me it's lawful to use your home as a Murder weapon like they done me! And the police knew it! What was told to the jury never happened! He has ruined me for life!
Mr. Reckenbeil is unprofessional, will collaborate and will be bought by the other side, and is untrustworthy. He promises big, and if he wins, he wins small, and takes every dime (not 1/3 as stated in the contract). DO NOT HIRE THIS LIAR...I MEAN LAWYER.
