Brown Parkinson has been continuously involved in a litigation practice in the State and Federal Courts in South Carolina since 1981, focused primarily in the defense of individuals, institutions, governmental entities, and corporations in personal injury and other tort matters. For much of his career, he has been involved in the defense of serious personal injury and medical malpractice cases and in claims involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He and his wife Greta, a licensed professional counselor, live in the Greenville area and are active parishioners at Christ Church Episcopal.
