Hired Attorney

The firms billing services are unethical. They cannot explain where charges on the bill come from. The woman in charge of sending invoices has said "probably" and "most likely" when trying to explain how charges came to be on my invoice. She doesn't even know how to read it. I don't mind paying for services, as long as I know what the charges are and for which services I'm being charged. If that firm were in the financial industry, they would have been sued by now.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
