Heather was fantastic. She took me on when I needed something very delicate handled, very accurately was able to identify areas of weakness for the opposing side, and made suggestions to help save me money. Mr Hill came highly recommended to my by the AFT Union in Austin. When I contacted Mr Hill about my case with the University of Houston, he request a deposit--nine times in three hours while I was flying cross country. He was aware that I was in the air. I should have taken that as a sign something was wrong. Once hired, Hill repeatedly cited due process, forgetting repeatedly that my Union lawyer had already ensured that due process was followed. He seemed unsure who I was throughout our consultation. Legally, he offered no insight. His negotiating strategy seemed to be asking for something from the university system, then less, then less, until he came up with nothing. When it was time to refund me part of my deposit, he avoided my calls for weeks. When he finally reimbursed me he repeatedly called me asking me NOT to deposit the check because he was worried it would bounce. New father, unemployed, and the lawyer is asking for a loan? Unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend Frank.
