While transacting refinance of existing mortgage, we contracted Attny. Joseph A. Mazzaccaro to represent us (the mortgagee's). At points we felt he was representing the banks interests more then ours. This feeling was heightened by a desire on his part to depart for a weekend on the "Cape".
