There is nothing more scary then the bankruptcy or being sued by creditors. I have been very fortunate to have found Nicholas Reyna. He helped me navigate through the process. He explained everything and was proactive in ensuring all the documentation was filed on time. Very hard to get a hold of. Very poor communication! Less than helpful staff. He did finally get the job done a little cheaper than other offers, but it was a stressful situation.
The firm did get the job done at a fair price, but their lack of communication and the difficulty we had in reaching them added to the stress of the situation. I would have rather spent more money to have less stress during the process!
What a joke of an attorney. This clown sends me a letter asking for my business with a case. I call and talk to him about the case, then he does nothing with it and I receive a default judgement two and a half months later that I now have to clean up on my own. If you want a lawyer that does nothing talk to this guy
