When you spend nearly three decades helping people find ways to pay their bills, recuperate and get back to work or otherwise enjoy their lives, you learn what is important to them and what they need from an attorney.

I am Branch W. Vincent III, founding attorney at Vincent Law Firm, and I have represented injured individuals in workers' compensation, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) cases and personal injury lawsuits since 1986. Experience tells me that beyond my legal knowledge and my ability to maximize compensation for injured parties, the most important thing I bring to my clients is a personal approach and an assurance that I will relentlessly pursue their best interests.

I am recognized as a certified specialist in workers' compensation law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Lawyers who receive this certification must demonstrate extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of workers' compensation law, as well as a commitment to continued learning in this practice area. I also sit on the North Carolina State Bar Workers' Compensation Specialty Committee, which processes applications for people who want to become certified specialists.

I have been listed in North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2010, and I have been listed as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in North Carolina by the

Association of Trial Lawyers of America also since 2010. I am also BV-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer rating system.

Seldom do you ever meet a compassionate lawyer who still has morals. He and his para-legal Jo; are the sweetest people I encountered during my husband's death trial; and GOD BLESS HIM...Chip has the patience of a Saint; and just enough BITE..My though's...Love Him and his team!!!!!...

Hired Attorney Mr. Branch Vincent III

Branch was much more than just an attorney to me. My wife of 33 years died of cancer while teaching school. The state would never give me a straight answer about her death benefits. I couldn't find an attorney that would take my case against the state until I met Branch. All the others said you cannot fight the state. Branch showed passion, humility, and concern for me. He proved with out question that the state was wrong and I was paid what was due me. He knows the laws and truly cared about me.
