Ms McLeod did a horrible job and did not serve me any Justice at all. She laughed in my face and told me my wife was cheating on me. She didn’t care about my situation at all and is a heartless human. She wouldn’t let me bring my phone in her office scared of being recorded. The way she treated me was just hateful in every way. Please do not hire this attorney you are better off taking the case yourself.
Like the others sharing reviews, Katharine McLeod did not provide services nor support anticipated at the fees. After being terminated - Katharine McLeod filed a withdrawal claiming she withdrew and called opposing counsel rather than the additional attorney representing the matter. In fact, McLeod has not yet called the additional attorney representing the matter and has "only" contacted opposing counsel to muddy the waters as a vindictive personality. McLeod was "NEVER" able to be contacted.
This attorney was unethical in the fact that she charged me over and above what was normal for this area of law. She started out telling me she would not charge me by the mniute, but proceeded to do so after I was so wrapped up in the case that I could not change attorneys.
Ms. McLeod was just admonished by the state bar for unethical conduct after she misappropriated tens of thousands of dollars from her client in a simple divorce action with no trial.
