BEWARE!!!!!! I HIRED THIS LAWYER AND IT IS MY BIGGEST REGRET! I hired Jody Foyles for a child custody case in 2020. It went on for over 8 months, well into 2021. He nor his staff did anything for me. In fact they convinced me that it would be best to keep continuing my case. I got a bill each month and they would constantly charge me for phone calls that did not occur and court time that never happened. I ended up firing him, but not before I spent thousands and thousands of dollars for no reason. I ended up handling the matter myself and it worked out in my favor in less than a month. Though he never actually represented me in a court room, I am so thankful for that. After firing him I was able to see him in action, and any standard lawyer would eat him alive. He seems intimidated and very unsure, so if you are needing a lawyer who will fight for you, do not hire him. PLEASE CONSIDER OTHER LAWYERS!!
Someone who talks big games but cannot back it up. Foyles is someone who talk the talk but does not walk the walk. He will appear to be very exciting at the beginning when presented with the case but eventually he will keep business about paying his bills on time and showing no strength in front of an opponent lawyer with a a strong character. He will start to display doubts and even stumble while talking with having difficulties to state and stay on fact. You can easily spot issues in every statement he makes no you do not even have to be a judge or a lawyer to do so. Very disappointing. Look at someone else and that s the best advise I could give.
