I highly recommend working with Ainsworth Thelin and Raftice. Jerome Gamache, John Turcotte, their paralegals and the rest of the staff were stellar. Jerome and John helped me navigate as a buyer through a very tricky commercial real estate sale that involved litigation, mediation and finally resulted in a successful close on the property. John represented me in litigation and guided us through a lawsuit for specific performance that ended in successful transfer of the real estate from the sellers to me. Jerome advised before litigation and took over seamlessly once a settlement was reached, helping guide the transaction to a successful close for all parties, hanging with me and the deal through numerous annoying twists and turns. I hope to work with Jerome again on many more simpler and successful commercial real estate transactions. And if it ever gets dicey again, I will know who to call to guide me out of a another mess.
