Hired Attorney

While handling my case, Attorney James A. McLaughlin was negligent - and I have the e-mails to prove it. Attorney McLaughlin failed to follow up and obtain the information necessary to prove to the probate court that the personal representative of the estate and the estate attorney had been regularly lying to several heirs of the estate and mishandling the affairs and assets of the estate. During a 30-plus day period when he was still representing me, I tried to contact Attorney McLaughlin via e-mails and telephone calls on ten-plus occasions. However, Attorney McLaughlin never responded to any of my e-mails or telephone calls - until I finally reported his suspect behavior to the MA Board of Bar Overseers. And then he contacted me only to cover his shortcomings. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from Attorney James A. McLaughlin of South Natick Law.
