I found that Craig and his staff were very responsive and helpful in walking me through my first house purchase. They answered all my questions (and I asked a lot). I never had to wait long for a response and often times his staff could answer questions for me without having to even go to him. I know it is probably odd to rate everything as excellent, but I can't see marking them lower on anything.
Terrible experience. Hired to close on the sale of my home. Non-communicative both myself and my realtor emailed Reynolds office 2weeks prior to closing to resolve an issue, we had no response until 2 days before closing causing unnecessary chaos and stress. Next they did not send out the closing numbers, I had to request them to email them to me 40 minutes before closing (standard procedure is 2days before). Just before closing they informed me they would not be at closing and to call if I had questions. At closing we learned the office had removed funds to be wired and I was given a check, I did not give that directive nor did any one representing me. During closing my realtor called to question removing the wire transfer and the response was…”we dropped the ball on this one”. I spoke with Craig Reynolds afterwards and his response was I don’t understand all my clients are happy with our services. I reminded him I was not and told him an apology was in order. I had to tell him.
