His office was helpful and responsive from the beginning. He underpromised and overdelivered! He took a bad experience and turned it into a good one.

I received a speeding summons that automatically qualifies as reckless driving and an automatic criminal misdemeanor in Virginia. I contacted Mr. Butts by telephone. All of the case particulars were also handled by telephone and mail. I met all of his requirements in the specified time. I did not have to personally appear. The result is the charges were amended to a non-moving violation carrying no DMV demerit points. I recommend Mr. Butts for his professionalism and capability.
