Our first experiences w/this firm were very positive, as they assisted us (my domestic partner and self) with each filing personal bankruptcies. The paralegal assistant, Kim, was exceptionally helpful. However, when we returned to this firm for assistance with a DUI case, we received horrible service and ended up having to use another firm. Even though we did not agree for any services to be performed, we were billed $500; when I called to inquire about it, they charged an additinal $25 fee!!
Coolidge Law Firm enabled my mother, who was diagnosed with dementia over a year ago to deny her diagnosis and healthcare assistance. They also disregarded her doctor’s evaluation. This led to her not taking her heart medication correctly and caused her to have a stroke and was left alone on her kitchen floor for over 24 hours with no help. I would never recommend any attorney with this business practice.
