Hired Law Firm

We hired Taylor Eldridge to contest an HOA fine and presented him with all the evidence/documentation to show that the HOA is discriminating and bullying us. He reviewed the case in advance and assured us that we have a compelling case to fight the fines and get them waived completely. But once we paid the $5K retainer and engaged him, the story changed and we were forced to pay the fines. Moreover, we paid up the fines to make the matter go away and get our peace back, but the law office contacted us several months later to pay a pending balance that we were unaware of. They threatened us of legal action if we didn't pay the balance so we were forced to pay under duress. Highly disappointed with the service and professionalism. This is the reason lawyers are disliked and mistrusted. No one should give their business to this firm and their lawyers.

Hired Law Firm

Worked with them before and they were great, finally got to a receptionist and tried explaining my situation and she hung up on me while i was in mid-sentence. Please beware they are not interested with you, just your money.

Hired Law Firm

This lawyer gave a great presentation after my initial consult, then it went downhill after that. Seems so honest & caring, but don't fall for that. After agreeing to hire him, I was then contacted by his office worker who would be doing the letter writing and investigation. She was so awful, that I had to correct her work numerous times, while I could just picture their cash register, cha ching, cha ching! I had to fire them , and also found out that this firm had contact with, and worked with the party I was suing, so remember to ask any attorney, if they know or worked with the party that you are suing.
