I had a horrible experience with this lawyer. I wouldn’t recommend. He subpoenaed me as an expert witness. After several failed calls to see if my services were needed he waited until the night before the court date to tell “someone” I wasn’t needed. I showed up to court because I never got the message and waisted an entire work day I couldn’t get back. Not only was I upset he never tried to contact me directly, but waited until the last possibly moment. Less than 24 hours is not enough time to get my schedule back the way it was. I had to cancel several appointments. When he was billed just for 3 hours of my time for traveling and to recoup some of my loss he tells me he won’t pay. He will only cover mileage to and from the courthouse. Which is about 50 minutes from my job.
