Hired Attorney Brett Waltner

I contacted Brett regarding a tenant/ landlord relationship that had fallen apart. I had become unable to manage a tenant who refused to pay rent on time and constantly pushed boundaries that were clearly communicated and set. Unfortunately my hand was forced and I was given no choice but to start the eviction process to end the relationship. Fortunately Brett was the frank, forthright, professional that was needed for the job. He gave solid advice based from experience that immediately instilled my confidence. If you work in property management, own rentals, or have professional contact with renters and things go south, Brett will navigate the situation for you and keep you updated all the while. Mr. Zellmer was hired in the middle of my custody situation and clearly advocated my position and we were able to achieve the best possible result. Josh Zellmer did an amazing job for me. I was going through a divorce with a different lawyer from a different firm and she was getting my case nowhere. I could tell I was losing the battle and all she wanted to do was go to trial. I did not want to go to trial and I did not want to lose this case so I hired Josh Zellmer. I heard great things about him and was so very glad I changed lawyers and hired him. He worked hard to connect with the opposing lawyer and worked hard to get my divorce resolved with no trial and the settlement was way better than I could have dreamed of. I can't say enough about the great job Josh did. I owe him big time!!

I went to Koln Fink with a tough situation. He was extremely professional and friendly and won my case. I would 100% use Koln's services again. Koln responded to all of my questions quickly. If there were days he was busy, he let me know when he could get back to me. I never had to sit in limbo wondering what was happening with me case.
