Hired Attorney Derek Nelsen

Derek went above and beyond for us. We had a complicated civil matter involving insurance, lawsuits, and adverse lawyers. Derek handled everything for us, and he made us feel reassured throughout the process. Derek handled this matter in a very short time frame and secured a very favorable result. Throughout the process, Derek was immediately responsive to our questions and his charges were less than half of what another lawyer quoted us. In sum, we highly, highly recommend Derek Nelsen.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
