Kyle Irvin is a partner and member of the estate planning group at Crary Huff Law Firm in Sioux City, Iowa. Before joining the Firm, he was the Senior Trust Counsel and Trust Officer for Security National Bank’s Wealth Management Department. Kyle was previously a partner at the Corbett Anderson Law Firm where he practiced for 15 years primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporations and real estate. Kyle has spoken at over 25 seminars for lawyers and CPAs across the region during his career and has successfully handled cases in both the Iowa Supreme Court and Nebraska Supreme Court. Kyle is on the Board Directors for the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel, Sunrise Manor Retirement Community, and is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Kyle is a past president of the Iowa Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Section and the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. In his spare time he enjoys hiking in the National Parks with his wife and daughters and serving as an adjunct instructor at Briar Cliff University, South Dakota State University, and the University of South Dakota School of Law.

Kyle Irvin was extremely knowledgable in trust law and was exceptional in analyzing the issues and communicating them effectively, both orally and in writing. He is a tremendous litigator--very calm in demeanor, yet fast thinking on his feet.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
