WARNING TO ALL."STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY " he was a court appointed attorney for a family member today 6-28-24 our family member appeared in court we as a concerned family asked him ATTNY RICARD D. ZAPATA about our family members case,he got upset and afterwards recused/ withdrawal from our family members case. he is arogant,egotistic,in short full of himself.he has no business defending criminal cases nor defending juvenile cases in which his profile states. Regardless of his 22yrs as an attorney I would not trust him or recommend him to anyone. The best thing that happened today is my loved one is defending himself and did a great job today in court no thanks to RICHARD D. ZAPATA. So if you have a choice between RICHARD D. ZAPATA and defending youself. Defend yourself. Good luck to all
